Students understand that it is their entire responsibility.  Renzo Gracie McAllen shall not be liable to student for any claims, demands, injuries, damages or actions arising due to injury to student, person, or property arising out or in connection with the use by student services, facilities, and premises of the Academy. Student hereby holds Renzo Gracie Mcallen; its staff, owners, agents, and employees harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by student or on a student’s behalf for such injuries or claims.
